Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies have been busy

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office has released details of several incidents.

The office says an Ossian woman, 42-year-old Angela Franzen, has been charged with Possession of Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine).  Deputies were called to Ossian Saturday and took Franzen by ambulance to be checked out at the hospital.  She then was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.

Sunday afternoon a charge of 5th degree theft was filed against 33-year-old Crystal Kramer of Cresco while she was in custody in the Winneshiek County Jail.  Kramer allegedly took phone minutes from another inmate. 

Finally, the Sheriff's Office says toxicology results have been returned from an accident on September 22nd and, as a result, 39-year-old Michael Zidlicky of Decorah has been charged with Second Offense Aggravated Misdemeanor Operating While Under the Influence.
