Ossian resident earns award from Mediacom

Ossian resident Kory Cook has earned a top customer service award from Mediacom.

Cook was presented with the region's "Installer Technician of the Year"award at Mediacom's Regional Operations Center in Cedar Rapids. 

He has been employed with Mediacom for two years.
