Cresco woman arrested on Winneshiek County warrant

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports arresting 33-year-old Crystal Kramer of Cresco at 7:20 p.m. Sunday.
Kramer was arrested in Howard County on a Winneshiek County warrant for failure to serve jail time. Kramer was arrested and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail.
