Mr. Answer Person says: "You'll be pleased to know the answer to your question is 'soon.'  County Engineer Lee Bjerke says there have been some delays because utility wires along the road--which had been overhead--are being put underground as part of the project.  But since many utilities were involved, coordinating the crews became complicated.

Fortunately, that work is progressing now and it looks like the road project will be completed either by the end of this week or next week."
