Lawler man arrested on Winneshiek County warrants

A Lawler man, 33-year-old Ryan Tangen, was arrested Tuesday morning in Chickasaw County on two Winneshiek County warrants and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail. 

The warrants were for failure to appear on felony identity theft, serious misdemeanor driving while license denied or revoked and three counts of aggravated misdemeanor unauthorized use of credit card.
