A South Winneshiek HS FFA team has placed 11th at the National Barrow Show in Austin Minnesota

A South Winneshiek HS FFA team has placed 11th at the National Barrow Show in Austin Minnesota.

The team consisted of Olivia Massman, Makayla Hageman, Sarah Hertges and Presley Bushman.  Olivia Massman also placed 15th as an individual, while Makayla Hageman placed 38th, Presley Bushman placed 88th and Sarah Hertges placed 112th.

A second South Winn FFA team which included Owen Larson, Logan Baumler and Ayden Broszeit placed 39th in the nation.  Individually Owen Larson placed 125th, Ayden Broszeit placed 143rd and Logan Baumler placed 155th. Team two a Freshman team is young and has a lot of potential with additional practice. South Winneshiek FFA has attended the National Barrow Show, 4-H FFA National Livestock Judging Contest.
