Waving Grains reopens as a cooperative

Waving Grain's Ben Gardner puts some bread dough into the oven

Decorah business Waving Grains Bakery is now a cooperative.

Previous owner Jo Berg Iverson has retired and Waving Grains is now "Waving Grains Cooperative Bakery."

The bakery will continue to create whole grain and organic baked goods, but now the business will be owned by members of the community. They hope to expand their current area and add display cases and a seating area.
