Texas man arrested in Decorah in connection with car theft

A Texas man has been charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Without the Owner's Consent.

Decorah Police say 19-year-old Marcos Olvera, Junior was taken into custody in the Decorah Walmart.  Police had received a report of a stolen vehicle.

Police allegedly found Olvera's property inside the missing car and allegedly found the vehicle's keys in his possession.
