Decorah City Council member Charles Lore clarifies a Decorah newspaper quote

(Decorah City Council member Charles Lore has issued a clarification about a quote in the Decorah newspaper):

"The media (Paul Scott at decorahnews.com, Sarah at Decorah Newspapers and Darin at KDEC) have treated me very fairly while I have been on the City Council.

That being said, I feel I need to clarify a statement in the Decorah Public Opinion concerning my decision to run for reelection to the City Council.   I was asked for my reasons why I was running for reelection.  I wasn't  prepared to give a comment due to a time restraint as I was leaving Decorah on my way to Southern Illinois for client consultations.
 
This city election is so important that I wanted to provide detailed reasons for my decision to seek reelection; more than I could share in a few minutes and a couple of sentences.
 
I feel I owe this to all the people of Decorah who have asked me to seek reelection to Decorah City Council Ward 5.
