Local candidate forum will be held at Luther College in early October

Plans have been announced for a 2017 Local Candidate Forum in Decorah.

All candidates for Decorah Mayor, City Council and Parks and Recreation Board have been invited to room 206 in Valders Hall at Luther College on Thursday, October 5th, at 7:00 p.m. to discuss local political issues and answer questions.

This event is sponsored by the Decorah branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW), the Luther College Political Science Department, and the Luther College Social Work Program.  It is free and open to the public.
