Elgin man arrested by Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies

An Elgin man was arrested over the weekend.

The Winneshiek county Sheriff's Office says 40-year-old John Kottman of Elgin was stopped before noon on Saturday on Highway 52 east of Calmar and was charged with driving while his license was suspended. Kottman was booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
