Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports an early morning arrest in Ossian

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports 45-year-old Alfonso Zuniga of Ossian was seen driving into a ditch, crossing the center line, entering a boulevard, and striking an electric box in Ossian at 3:43 a.m. Friday.

Zuniga was charged with operating while under the Influence and failure to possess a valid license while operating a motor vehicle. He was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
