A Decorah woman has been transported to the Winneshiek County Jail from Waterloo

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says 29-year-old Kathryn Allen was taken from the Black Hawk County Jail to the Winneshiek County Jail on a warrant for a violation of Pre-Trial Supervision.
