22-year-old Kaleb Breitsprecher has entered "guilty" pleas to two federal charges filed against him as a result of a lengthy multi-agency investigation involving local, state, and federal agencies.
Kaleb pleaded guilty to one count of distribution of a controlled substance – heroin and one count of possession of firearms by a drug user. Court papers filed against him alleged he distributed heroin to another person on or about April 5th, April 18th and May 19th. It also alleged that he was an unlawful drug user in possession of firearms at the time of these actions.
Kaleb's brother, 24-year-old Cole Breitsprecher of Ossian, has also filed papers saying he will be entering guilty pleas to charges against him--but no court date has been scheduled yet.
