ArtHaus embraces STEAM

Two STEAM classes (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) are among this fall's class offerings at ArtHaus in Decorah.

"Junior Lego League" is a class for 6 to 9 year-olds taught by Sue Pederson on Thursdays starting on August 31st. Youth will play with water systems and build simple machines with LEGOS.

"D.A.B Camp" is a class for 4 to 6 year-olds taught by Jane Busch on Mondays starting September 11th. Youth will make chain reactions and construct catapults and buildings using LEGOs, sticks, foam and much more.

Registration is available online at arthausdecorah.org. Registration forms and payment can also be mailed in or delivered in person. Registration forms are available on the back of fliers found at Java Johns, the Co-Op, and Parks and Rec.
