Ridgeway man arrested on harassment charges

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says they have arrested 46-year-old Brooke Beckmann of Ridgeway on harassment charges in the third degree.

Beckmann was transported to the Winneshiek County Jail at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday.
