Decorah Fire Department assists Allamakee County Sheriff's Department in finding six people stranded on the Yellow River

The Decorah Fire Department is getting some good publicity.

KCRG-TV News reports from Waukon that the Allamakee County Sheriff's Department relied on the Decorah Fire Department's drone in finding six people lost on the Yellow River.

Decorah firefighters responded to the call--and the six lost Quad Cities residents were found quickly.
