Junior Nordic Dancers accepting donations for Norway trip

The junior Nordic Dancers are still raising funds to meet the goal of their annual fund drive.

The Nordic Dancers have raised funds from fudge sales, a Bike-a-thon, a cookie booth and merchandise sales at Nordic Fest, but a spokesperson says more gifts are needed to help offset the rising costs of transportation, lodging, meals, and other resources.

It is the goal of Nordic Dancers to continue to take each Nordic Dancing group to Norway to experience first-hand the traditions and sites of the country, dance at various venues during their trip, and celebrate the end of their ten-year commitment to the program.
