Decorah teenager named Alternate Iowa Dairy Princess

18-year-old Josie Buddenberg of Decorah has been named the 2017 Alternate Iowa Dairy Princess.  Her selection was made Wednesday night at the Iowa State Fair.

Buddenberg is the daughter of Bruce and Julie Buddenberg.  She will share duties with this year's Iowa Dairy Princess, Rachel Grober of Ionia.

Buddenberg will be a freshman at Des Moines Area Community College in the fall, where she will study agribusiness.
