D24, a male eagle that hatched in 2016, is currently being monitored by satellite data. The data is mapped to show the path he has traveled. One of the eaglets that fledged in 2017 may be fitted with a solar powered transmitter.
If successful, a new eagle will provide data about where these Decorah Eagles travel after they leave the area. The Raptor Resource Project should know soon if they are successful.
