Clermont man charged with possession of meth--while in Winneshiek County Jail

A Clermont man has been charged with having meth in his possession—while he was in the Winneshiek County Jail.
 
The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says 39-year-old Victor Batzin has been charged with possession of contraband in a correctional institution, a felony, after a jailer found meth in Batzin's  possession while Batzin was in jail.
