Construction work has begun on North Winn Road

Winneshiek County Engineer Lee Bjerke says work has begun on the North Winn Road.

All of the cross road culverts on the road are being replaced and two large box culverts are being rehabilitated. 

Bjerke says the road work will create closures, at times multiple, all along the road.  These closures may and will change from day to day.  Says Bjerke, "Anyone who does not NEED to use the North Winn Road should avoid it.  Please plan for delays and to use alternate routes."
