Decorah RAGBRAI organizers ask business owners and residents for patience with street closings and increased crowds

Decorah RAGBRAI organizers have sent a mailing to residents and business owners with properties along the route RAGBRAI will take in Decorah.

The informational piece informs those people that parts of College Drive, Heivly Street and River Street will be closed to traffic on Friday, July 28th, from 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.

The letter states, "We ask for your patience in working around cyclists and Nordic Fest attendees on Friday."  It adds that the busiest times are expected to be between 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. that day.
