Cresco man arrested on burglary charges

A Cresco man has been taken to the Winneshiek County Jail from Howard County on a warrant for two counts of 3rd Degree Felony Burglary.
47-year-old Justin Payne was arrested by the Howard County Sheriff's Office on a Winneshiek County warrant and taken to the Winneshiek County Jail. The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says "This case is still an ongoing investigation and more arrests are pending."
