100+ Women Who Care make a $7,000 plus donation

The 100+ Women Women Who Care Oneota Valley Chapter raised $7,230 for The Helping Services Domestic Violence program in one hour at their event at The Courtyard & Cellar Monday night.

The Domestic Violence program was one of three charities nominated by group members and it gained the greatest number of votes.

Organizers say anyone who couldn't make the meeting Monday night is still  welcome to donate by stopping in at Rubaiyat through Sunday and dropping off a check made out to Helping Services with "Domestic Violence" in the memo line.
