City crews fight sinkhole, then water main break

We've all had one of those days.

City of Decorah Street Department workers were called to Vernon Street after a sinkhole developed and damaged the pavement near Phelps Park.  Crews repaired the damage--and then a water main broke.  City of Decorah Water Department workers handled that problem and now the street can be repaved--assuming something else doesn't happen!
