Decorah Police make multiple arrests

The Decorah Police Department reports making three arrests early this week.

On Sunday at 2:04 a.m. Decorah Police stopped 21-year-old Kaleb Breitsprecher of Ossian on Baker Road. Breitsprecher was charged with OWI 1st Offense, Possession of Schedule II Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. In the same incident, 25-year-old Deangelo Bivins Jr. of Westgate was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Possession of Schedule II Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On Monday at 2:19 a.m. Decorah Police stopped 59-year-old Eric Rude of Decorah on Water Street. Rude was charged with OWI and was booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
