Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports four recent arrests

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports making four recent arrests.

19-year-old Dylan Hart of Decorah was arrested at 5:02 p.m. Friday by the Decorah Police Department on a Winneshiek County warrant for Violation of Pre-Trial Supervision and was transported to the Winneshiek County Jail.

38-year-old Dean Johnson of Cresco was arrested at 8:49 a.m. Saturday at the Fayette County Jail for Violation of Pre-Trial Supervision. He was transported from the Fayette County Jail to the Winneshiek County Jail.

48-year-old Scott Henry of Dodge Center, MN was stopped at County Road B32 and 210th Avenue at 1:34 a.m. Saturday. He was arrested for Operating While Under the Influence and was booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.

24-year-old Kerry Kessler of Cresco was stopped at 310th Street near Bluffton at 2:02 a.m. Saturday. She was arrested for Operating While Under the Influence 2nd Offense and was booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
