The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports making an OWI arrest

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports 22-year-old Kenneth Wicklund of Decorah was charged with Operating While Under the Influence.
Wicklund was stopped on Highway 52 near Decorah at 11:07 a.m. on Tuesday. He was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
