Decorah's Boulevard Tree Voucher Program To Resume Next Spring

The Decorah Tree Board has been offering vouchers to homeowners to help them buy trees for their boulevards.  The funds come from the city budget.

Due to the success of the program this year, all the funds have now been spent.  Tree Board members say the tree vouchers will be available again next spring.
