Repairs made to Decorah's skateboard park

The skateboard park at Wold Park in Decorah suffered major damages during last August's and September's flooding.  That left little equipment in the park for skateboarders to use.

That's all changed, however, as new equipment has been installed at the park.  The funding for the improvements will come from FEMA--eventually.  City funds are paying for the work now, but the city has been approved for Federal Emergency Management Agency reimbursement.
