Cresco man faces assault charges for Ridgeway incident

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says 26-year-old Tyler Harbin of Cresco has been arrested following an incident Thursday morning in Ridgeway.

Harbin was charged with First Degree Harassment and with Assault Causing Bodily Injury shortly before noon Thursday and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
