Ossian man arrested for "fraudulent practices"

Decorah Police say they have arrested 25-year-old Dalton Breitsprecher of Ossian on a charge of Fifth Degree Fraudulent Practices.

Breitsprecher was charged following an investigation into an incident at Wal-Mart in Decorah. He was charged, then released.
