Next step taken by Decorah Schools for reorganization with North Winneshiek

The Decorah Community School Board has officially agreed to authorize legal counsel to  begin preparation of a Petition for Reorganization for an election to be held on February 6, 2018. The action was taken at their Monday night meeting.

North Winneshiek will be doing the same, and then the two boards will need to agree on the petition language.
