Sheriff's Office makes four arrests over the weekend

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says deputies made four arrests over the weekend.
Around 11:30 Saturday night, 22-year-old Andrew Hovden was stopped on Clay Hill Road at Quarry Hill Road, arrested for Operating While Under the Influence and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
Friday night at 11:15, 59-year-old Peggy Schneider of Orchard, Iowa was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear in court.
Friday afternoon at 12:40, 19-year-old Taylor Bucheit of Decorah was arrested on three warrants for probation violations.
At 12:15 Friday afternoon, 36-year-old Joseph Hinck of Cresco was arrested on one warrant for violation of probation.
