UPDATE: Ramadan letter writing project to be held at NEIPJC

The Northeast Iowa Peace & Justice Center will be hosting a Ramadan letter writing project the last two Thursdays in June - the 22nd and the 29th - at 9:00 a.m. in the NEIPJC meeting room in Decorah.

Ramadan involves intense prayer and fasting from sun-up to sundown. The purpose of the letter writing project is to bring words of kindness and hope to incarcerated Muslims during Ramadan, a holy month for Muslims.
