Sheriff's deputies make two separate OWI arrests

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says deputies made two separate arrests over the weekend for Operating While Under the Influence.
On Saturday night just before midnight, 41-year-old Justin Olson of Mabel was stopped on Highway 9 west of Decorah, then arrested for Operating While Under the Influence. He was taken to the Winneshiek County Jail, where he was booked on the charge.
Around 2:15 Sunday morning, deputies stopped 53-year-old Dale Rausch of Fort Atkinson on County Highway W-14. He was arrested for Second Offense Operating While Under the Influence and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
