Minnesota man will face theft charges in Winneshiek County

A Spring Valley, Minnesota man has been returned to Decorah to face a charge of Second Degree Theft.

26-year-old Daniel Andersen waived extradition on the charge.  Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies picked up Andersen Thursday afternoon from the Fillmore County Jail in Preston and took him back to the Winneshiek County Jail.
