Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office transports Waterloo man

30-year-old Daniel Marquez Cedillo of Waterloo was served with a warrant for failure to appear and transported from the Black Hawk County Jail to the Winneshiek County Jail on Friday at 1:45 p.m.
