Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office transports man to Winneshiek County Jail

31-year-old Ryan Hackman of Bristol was transported from the Butler County Jail to the Winneshiek County Jail at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday on a warrant for violation of probation.
