Three charged in connection with the thefts of pride flags

Three Decorah teenagers have been charged in connection with the theft of gay pride flags from several Decorah homes on May 21st.

Decorah Police say charges of Fifth Degree Theft--a simple misdemeanor--have been filed against 18-year-old Shawn Shindelar and 18-year-old Isaiah Mitchell.  A 16-year-old Decorah teenager was refered to juvenile court.
