Decorah Police Department investigating the thefts of numerous Gay Pride flags

The Decorah Police Department says it has received numerous reports of Gay Pride flags stolen from homes over the weekend.

The Police Department says the theft of flags is 5th degree theft.  Police say they will file charges against the person(s) involved if/when caught.
