Northeast Iowa Drug Task Force says recent prescription drug recycling was a success

The Northeast Iowa Drug Task Force is hailing the results of the recent Prescription Drop Off event.

The event yielded 830 pounds of prescription drugs in the six-county area served by the Northeast Iowa Drug Task Force.  The purpose of the event was to keep medications out of the hands of people who might misuse them.
