Carrie Lee Elementary School Principal Cheryl MIller is resigning

Carrie Lee Principal Cheryl Miller is resigning to take a job as PK-6 principal and Title 1 teacher at North Winneshiek.

Miller has been working to assist both North Winneshiek and Decorah continue toward reorganization--a job she will continue to do at North Winn.

In announcing the resignation, Decorah Superintendent Mike Haluska called MIller, "an excellent leader in her role as principal for the past 10 years."  He praised her accomplishments, including work on curriculum and professional development.

Said Haluska, "She will be greatly missed, we also wish her all the best in her new endeavor."
