May the Fourth Be With You

May 4th has become Star Wars day or "May the Fourth Be With You" day and the Luther College Book Shop marked the occasion.

Luther Book Shop is having a "May the Fourth Be With You Event" Thursday.  Employees are dressed as Star Wars characters and they are offering Star Wars themed treats. Each customer gets a turn to play games to receive coupons for in store discounts.

Luther Communication professor Derek Sweet will be signing copies of his book, "Star Wars in the Public Square: The Clone Wars as Political Dialogue" from 3:30 p.m.--4:30 p.m.  

Any customers wearing Star Wars attire, will receive 25 percent off any one item today at the Book Shop.
