Registration is open for Gundersen's Steppin' Out in Pink fundraiser event

Registration is open for Gundersen Medical Foundation's 12th annual Steppin' Out in Pink fundraising walk to support breast cancer research.

This year's fundraising walk will take place on Saturday, September 9th at Gundersen's La Crosse campus. This year walkers will have the option to walk either the traditional 4.5-mile course or a shorter 2.5-mile route.

Individuals and teams who register by June 30th can register for only $15 per person. Beginning July 1, registration increases to $20. Early registration also guarantees participants a Steppin' Out in Pink t-shirt along with an opportunity to win prizes.

Since its inception in 2006, Steppin' Out in Pink has brought in nearly $4.3 million to fund breast cancer research initiatives at Gundersen Medical Foundation and support breast cancer patients and survivors in western Wisconsin, Southeastern Minnesota and Northeast Iowa.
