Winneshiek Medical Center Decorah Clinic welcomes new doctor

Winneshiek Medical Center and Mayo Clinic Health System are welcoming family medicine physician Scott Bohner to the practice at Winneshiek Medical Center Decorah Clinic. Dr. Bohner joins 30 Mayo Clinic Health system family medicine and specialty physicians who live and provide health care in the Decorah area full time.

Dr. Bohner graduated from Central College in Pella, with a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science. He went on to earn his Doctor of Osteopathy from Des Moines University, and completed his internship and residency at Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines. Previously, Dr. Bohner practiced in West Union before moving his practice to Ames.

"I am looking forward to returning to the Northeast Iowa area and to building great partnerships with the Mayo Clinic Health System providers and patients at Winneshiek Medical Center." In addition to providing family medicine care for all ages, Dr. Bohner has special interest in sports medicine and pediatrics.
