What's it like to live in downtown Decorah? A local website wants to know

The Winneshiek County Convention and Tourism Bureau, which operates www.imaginenortheastiowa.com, is looking for story submissions about what it's like to live in downtown Decorah.

A news release from the organization points out, "Water Street is a neighborhood, too."  It's asking for people to submit articles about what it's like to live on Water Street.  People can also interview someone living on Water Street and submit an article about that.

If the article is posted on the website, the author will receive $15.  Multiple payments will be made for multiple accepted articles.

For instance, an article written by Lee Zook of Decorah discusses "a good day of walking on Water Street" and all the activities that involved.
