Two Winneshiek County Jail inmates flood their cell--face additional charges as a result

Two Cresco men who had been locked up at the Winneshiek County Jail now face additional criminal charges as a result of their alleged actions on Tuesday.

25-year-old Shelby Henry and 29-year-old Ross Kennedy, both from Cresco, intentionally flooded their jail cell.  They were then charged with 5th degree criminal mischief.
