Gundersen Medical now making available Decorah Clinic physician ratings

Gundersen Health System has become the first healthcare organization in this area and among the first in the nation to make clinician star ratings available to patients and the public.

The ratings, which are found on www.gundersenhealth.org/find-a-doctor or in search results when looking for Gundersen clinicians online, use a star format--one star is lowest and five is the highest--and include patient comments.

The ratings are developed from patient feedback in surveys completed after clinic visits. The data is regularly updated to help patients make informed decisions about their care.
